Residence pricing for 2023/2024 will remain in effect until June 30, 2024. The prices reflected below are for the Academic Year, Spring/Summer Terms or Family and Couple Housing Tenants only. Apprenticeship Housing Rates are based on program length.

- These single-occupancy units have all the amenities of a larger townhouse efficiently arranged in your own personal suite
- These units are located in our new Residence building where you will enjoy multiple lounges, a communal kitchen and relaxation spaces

- Attached to the Tower Complex
- The facility enables the student to go directly to class without having to go outside
- One laundry room is located in the barrier-free Residence wing

Two Bedroom Family Housing

- $950 per month
Details:
- Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with the kitchen and living area on the main floor
- Storage space in the basement
- The units come with a fridge, stove, washer, dryer and curtains
Four Bedroom Family Housing
Cost:
- $1,095 per month
Details:
- Four level split, all bedrooms and two baths on the top floors and the kitchen and living room on the main floor
- Four bedrooms which can be made into four single bedrooms, or one larger and two smaller bedrooms
- Storage space in the basement
- These units also have a fridge, stove and curtains, but do not come with washers and dryers
- A playground is located close to all family units
