The Position:
Title: Supervisor, Family Mental Health and Social Inclusion Division, Job Type: Full time

Catholic Family Service is seeking an innovative individual to be responsible for clinical, administrative, and program supervision within the Family Mental Health and Social Inclusion Division, specifically in supporting the Families and Schools Together (F&ST) and Multicultural School Support Programs (MCSP).
The Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of both teams of program coordinators/family support workers and reports to the Director, Family Mental Health and Social Inclusion Division. This role is best suited to a self-starter who possesses strong competencies in clinical supervision, program management, quality assurance, human resource skills and leadership character. Strong interpersonal and strategic thinking abilities are used while participating on a variety of multidisciplinary committees and service partnership meetings.

Certifications / Qualifications / Education

Qualifications Required:

Education and Experience:
• Graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology required; eligible and in good standing with professional governing body;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with vulnerable populations;
• Minimum of two years’ experience with clinical supervision, program development and administrative competencies;

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
• Prior experience with quality assurance, data management, program outcome measurements and evaluation and co-creation of reports;
• Takes a posture of Cultural humility in working with diverse populations; experience with Indigenous and/or immigrant families preferred;
• Knowledge and experience with school collaborations and volunteerism preferred;
• The Core Brain Story Certification through The Alberta Family Wellness Initiative is an asset;
