Description of Position / skills Required

REPORTING TO: Merchandising Manager

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: duties may include but are not limited to:

 

  • Building Analytical Reports
  • Analysing inventory performance at retail salons
  • Providing product performance data that supports salon merchandising plan-o-grams; sales analytics.
  • Implement changes to existing planograms to incorporate product market changes. 
  • Monitor salons to ensure they adhere to merchandising standards.
  • Co-ordinate and collaborate with other internal departments for successful mechanising execution at salons
  • Work with internal departments to troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements. 

 

 

 

 

Certifications / Qualifications / Education

PREFERRED SKILL SET/EXPERIENCE:

  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication and data analytical skills
  • Analytical strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Reporting experience or equivalent training preferred
  • Inventory management, financial analysis skills preferred
  • 2 years retail and Plan-o-gram experience would be considered an asset
