Description of Position / skills Required

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Troubleshoot and support standard desktop support including but not limited to; Remote desktop, Microsoft Office
  • Manage, maintain and troubleshoot online learning systems as well as client data base
  • Troubleshoot and support infrastructure such as network connectivity, internet, and other hardware
  • Track and Support all agency hardware e.g.; laptops, cell phones
  • Travel to program sites within central region to provide staff training and support regarding IT  
  • Assistance to all staff as required


Certifications / Qualifications / Education

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science or other technology fields from a recognized training facility
  • Three or more years of directly related experience in a similar role
  • Confident communication, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as a member of a professional team
  • Experience and working knowledge of Windows Server environments
  • Hands on experience of installing IT Hardware and software
  • Criminal Check and Child Intervention Check
  • Class 5 Divers License & Clean Drivers Abstract
