Enhance the agility, balance, coordination, strength and skill training that young players require.

We offer group/team dryland training sessions for a wide variety of sports. These sessions offer comprehensive sport-specific fitness instruction to help improve performance and outcomes for teams across the fitness spectrum. Our certified and experienced fitness professionals can lead your group or team through supplemental training, offseason conditioning or in-season sport-specific skill development.


  • 1-15 Sessions: $125 per session
  • 16-30 Sessions: $115 per session
  • 31+ Sessions: $105 per session
