Biography

Dr. Onabadejo’s background is in Medical-surgical nursing. Her educational attainment focused on furthering her goals of teaching and advancing research in nursing education.

She enjoys curriculum development, creating a good learning environment for students, and offering one on one support with learning strategies.

Her research interest is in the area of cultural influence in health and learning.  Multicultural populations, intersectionality, and their experience in learning, health care delivery.

Dr. Onabadejo has given conference presentations on incorporating multicultural content into nursing education. She is currently engaged in research in Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTl)
