Security Deposit Transfer Form -Spring/Summer

The information on this form is collected under the authroity of the Post-Secondary Learning Act and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Alberta. The information will be protected in compliance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Alberta. The information will be used to create and maintain Red Deer College Residence Records and will be used for the purposes of Residence application, doing room assignments, Residence billing, and Residence acceptances. The information will be retained in accordance with approved Information Management guidelines, after which it will be destroyed in a secure manner. Transfer Agreement 

Spring/Summer Term 

I hereby give Red Deer College Residence authorization to transfer my current Residence Security Deposit to the 2019 Spring/Summer Terms.  I understand that my Security Deposit will be converted to a Reservation Deposit from the date of signing to when I move back into Residence in the spring/summer (May-August)
 
I agree to pay any outstanding charges billed from my current stay in Residence by May 20th, 2019.  Failure to do so will result in cancellation.

By typing my full name as it appears above I agree to the conditions in the attached Residence acceptance letter. Cancellation of your acceptance following this acceptance will result in the full forfiture of your reservation deposit of $500.
