Facility Fee Waiver Request

All requests must be presented to Room Bookings 30 days in advance of the expected event date.  If that is not possible, you must contact Room Bookings prior to submitting this form.

The information on this form will be used by the Office of the Vice President College Services, Facility Bookings, and/or Conference Services in order to provide you with a response to the request.  The information will be protected in compliance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Alberta.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Space will not be confirmed as booked until the external renter signs the appropriate agreement provided by Facility Bookings and the proper insurance is in place.

  1. Results will be communicated to the initiator via email within 3-5 business days from the date the intake form is received pending all required information has been received.  
  2. Please refer to the Facility Booking & Rental Policy for further details.
  3. The Initiator accepts all responsibility for executing the event with all the required details should there be an approval to move forward.
