Red Deer College’s School of Continuing Education would like to invite all musicians, who are looking to advance their skills through supportive instruction, to the RDC Conservatory of Music pre-registration and information night on Wednesday, May 29 in the College Arts Centre.

Red Deer College has been offering exceptional music lessons to all ages and skill levels for over 35 years. The instructors are professionals, performers and educators, who will customize their lessons to suit the students’ needs. Whether the goal of music lessons is to prepare for a performance, a career in music, or personal enjoyment, RDC Conservatory of Music has the quality instruction and facilities to meet the requirements of every musician.

Red Deer College provides both private and group instruction. Throughout the year, private lessons are available in piano, acoustic and bass guitar, brass, woodwinds, percussion and voice. Group lessons are offered in musical theatre, song writing, piano, mommy and me classes, and voice.

On May 29, aspiring musicians will have the valuable opportunities to hear students perform, talk with instructors, book their lessons for fall, obtain more information, and discover that RDC is the place for musical training. Talented instructors, spacious well-lit studios, and access to practice rooms will ensure an assortment of musical goals will be met.

“The Conservatory of Music is a vibrant and growing part of the School of Continuing Education at Red Deer College,” says Joyce Howdle, Program Coordinator for the Visual and Performing Arts. “We welcome musicians of all ages and abilities to our state-of-the-art facilities, as we continue to fill the education and performance needs of local and non-local music lovers.”
