RDC Vision, Mission and Values

Red Deer College is proud to serve our students and surrounding communities. We have been part of central Alberta since the 1960s. Our story is about to begin a new chapter as our institution's future takes shape. RDC will add our own degrees to the mix of existing credentials that we currently offer to students. We will continue to grow applied learning and research opportunities for students with the same breadth of programs we offer now.

To be the post-secondary institution of choice serving learners and communities through leadership, excellence, and innovation.

Because of Red Deer College: The intellectual, economic, cultural and social development of Central Alberta is enriched while demonstrating good stewardship.

Learning is at the heart of RDC. Six key values reflect both the reality and the aspirations of the organization.

RDC's values are depicted in this graphic
