Welcome to the Red Deer College Policies page. This is the central repository containing the official version of all College-wide policies and their related procedures. These are distinct from the Board of Governors' policies

Red Deer College policies and procedures are developed to:

  • advance the College’s vision, mission, core values, and strategic directions,
  • set behavioral expectations across the College community including, where appropriate, third party contractors, visitors, and volunteers,
  • have broad application and impact throughout the College, and
  • communicate roles and responsibilities.

The President's Office is responsible for the oversight and administration of the College's policy framework.

All proposals to create, revise and rescind policies require completion of a Policy Vetting Form.
