Welcome to the Red Deer College Policies page. This is the central repository containing the official version of all College-wide policies and their related procedures. These are distinct from the Board of Governors' policies

All proposals to create, revise or rescind policies require completion of a Policy Vetting Form.

Red Deer College policies and procedures are developed to:

  • advance the College’s vision, mission, core values, and strategic direction;
  • set behavioral expectations across the College community including, where appropriate, third party contractors, visitors, and volunteers;
  • have broad application and impact throughout the College;
  • communicate roles and responsibilities.

Unless otherwise indicated, documents listed below are the parent policies for any related procedures. Questions regarding any of the policies are to be directed to the identified Policy Administrator.
