Start your career in the Justice Field today
Red Deer College is pleased to announce the launch of our new, two year diploma in Justice Studies!
The Justice Studies program enables you to gain an understanding of the elements of the justice system in Canada, how those elements relate to each other, and how the system works at the local, provincial/territorial, and federal levels. This will help you to better understand the complex origins of crime and criminal behaviour; how to work with other professionals to improve community safety; and how to apply skills in mediation and conflict resolution. You will also learn about the history of Indigenous peoples in Canada and the connected contemporary issues within the justice system.
RDC’s two year Justice Studies diploma is a unique credential in the field of justice within central Alberta. You will benefit from interactive classes led by dedicated and knowledgeable instructors with years of experience in many aspects of the justice sector.
