The personal information that you provide to Red Deer Polytechnic is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act - section 33(c). 

The information will be used for the purpose of processing your contact request, including your consent to receive communications from the Red Deer Polytechnic Alumni Association.  By submitting this form, you consent to some of the information being shared publicly (e.g. nominee details, information contained within the supporting documents) at awards recognition events and through various RDP communications tactics (e.g. e-newsletters, media relations and social media). All other information provided is for internal records.  

Collected personal information is protected from unauthorized access, collection, use, and disclosure in accordance with the FOIP Act and can be reviewed upon request subject to the provisions under the Act.
