New Student Orientation

You've applied. You've been accepted. Now what? Join us for New Student Orientation and learn all the in’s and out’s of the College and campus life on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.

Your success is our success, so we want to prepare you as much as possible for your first day. New Student Orientation (and the Get Connected Booklet) will:

  • Welcome you to RDC
  • Connect you to new and continuing students
  • Introduce you to your School, program and faculty
  • Familiarize you with the campus layout, including where you can find your classes
  • Provide you with information regarding college services and resources
  • Encourage student experiences and student life outside of the classroom

Why should you come to New Student Orientation (NSO)?
Students that come to NSO succeed more in the classroom and in all aspects of their college experience. Learn what services are available throughout your educational experience, how to access them and how they relate to you. Making introductions with classmates and familiar faces at the college helps with first-day jitters. Everyone likes to see someone they recognize. Don’t forget your classroom numbers so you can find them.

In addition to New Student Orientation, we also have a number of special events to welcome you to RDC. Sign up for these Welcome events through your New Student Orientation registration or use the links below to sign up for just the Welcome event of your choice.
