Making it Work: Clay Boot Camp

Learn problem-solving techniques you can use with your work through reviewing basic and more complex forms. Mugs, jugs, bowls, plates, lidded jars, casserole dishes, oval and square forms, and multipart forms such as goblets, tureens and teapots will be demonstrated and discussed. A variety of decorating techniques, including work with colored clay slips and underglazes will also be addressed. Please bring a "problem child" pot with you to share in the troubleshooting discussion on the first morning of class.
