PM Schedule and Cost Management

PM: Schedule and Cost Management uses an assigned case study to illustrate application of the key Time and Cost processes described in the PMBOK Guide - Sixth Edition. The Time Management processes covered include Plan Schedule Management, Define Activities, Sequence Activities, Estimate Activity Resources, Estimate Activity Durations, Develop Schedule and Control Schedule. The Cost Management processes covered include Plan Cost Management, Estimate Costs, Determine Budget, and Control Costs.

This course can also be taken as a stand-alone course or part of the Project Management Certificate.
