This minimum 16-hour course covers topics specific to leading group exercise mind/body classes. Learn specific, practical information for planning and developing mind/body classes. Topics include: history and evolution, anatomy, alignment and safety, class structure and content, planning, class components, use of music,
leadership and choreography, movement combinations, instruction and cueing.
