Learn the basics in food safety, preparation, measurement and seasoning and devleop the skills necessary to create dishes you can wow your family with. Students will also learn proper presentation, plating, table setting and etiquette. Learn to follow a recipe and get ready for hands-on preparation of delicious meals.
