A Warm Welcome Back from RDC
The first month back at RDC was a success and we’re ready to keep the momentum going this winter term!
To kick off the first week, the Students’ Association supplied free coffee, snacks, swag items and activities to break up the day in the Forum. As well, Campus Recreation welcomed back students with free food. Approximately 200 students attended the event for free taco in a bag and had the chance to connect with Campus Recreation. Programmers at Campus Recreation introduced students to the hangout spot on campus, the Living Room, as well as share what they do and how they can offer a great student life balance for students.
Throughout the month on January, students also participated in Info Daze, an afternoon where students learned about the many services offered throughout the College, a flash mob created by the School of Health Sciences to promote their upcoming Learning Symposium event, and a pet therapy afternoon hosted by the Students’ Association that allowed students a well-deserved break.
