To celebrate this year's edition, we decided to host a Notebook Launch party on June 16.

Each year, around the time that our graduates celebrate Convocation, Red Deer College publishes its feature Alumni publication - Notebook.

This morning, RDC held a launch party for the 2017 edition of Notebook for a group that included media, alumni, stakeholders and friends. Our cover story alum, Ryan Smith, CEO of Nexus Energy Technologies helped RDC CEO Joel Ward unveil the 2017 edition.

In this years edition, we look back on the past 12 months, and look ahead to what is in our immediate future. We highlight some alumni accomplishments, staff milestones, activities, events and project updates.

Cory Kaun from Larkaun homes also spoke at our media event this morning. 

Cory, who is featured in this edition with his wife Abby and their two children, talked about his connection to RDC and why he and his family supported the Paving Our Future Campaign. 

As you may have heard, Paving Our Future is a unique opportunity to leave a lasting legacy here in Red Deer leading up to and beyond the 2019 Canada Winter Games.
